:We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to take complete operational ownership of an ongoing RCC framed-structure residential building project located in Iritty, Kannur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on execution experience, strong technical competence, and the ability to manage contractors, labour, and materials independently on-site.

Key Roles &

• Responsibilities: Day-to-day Operations: Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site from start to handover.

RCC Execution: Directly inspect shuttering, bar bending, concrete pouring, and curing for footings, columns, beams, slabs, and masonry works.

Drawing Compliance: Cross-check on-site execution strictly against structural, architectural, and MEP layout drawings. Workforce &

- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage labour gangs, allocate daily tasks, monitor subcontractor performance, and prevent work delays. Material &




- Inventory Control: Plan raw material indents in advance, inspect delivered materials for quality, and manage wastage. Tracking &
- Reporting: Maintain daily site logs (DPR), track project progress against timelines, and escalate deviations promptly.

Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. Experience: Practical, on-site experience in residential building projects (hands-on RCC framed building experience is required). Skills: Strong understanding of construction drawings, site layout setting, level checking, and quality standards.

Licence: Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler driving licence is mandatory. Attributes: High accountability, punctual, robust problem-solving skills, and self-starter mindset.
