Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and complete work as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager.
- Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions of construction work.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate material requirements with the store and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for inspections and corrective actions.
- Identify site issues, report delays, and coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve them.
- Maintain measurement books, work completion records,



and other site documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing measurements, and BOQ verification.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed according to approved plans.
- Coordinate with consultants and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, workers, and daily site activities.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Robust problem-solving, time-management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible, technically sound, and self-motivated Civil Engineer with practical site execution experience and the ability to manage construction activities independently. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
