Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute petrol pump construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, cost control, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at petrol pump and fuel station project sites.
- Execute construction works including excavation, foundation, RCC, flooring, paving, drainage, compound walls, and other civil structures.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams to ensure smooth site execution.
- Interpret civil and structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and approved construction procedures are followed.
- Coordinate civil works with electrical, plumbing, piping, canopy, and other petrol pump infrastructure installations.




- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable project specifications.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges, and report progress and delays to the Project Manager.

Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in petrol pump, fuel station, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of RCC works, finishing, quantity estimation, BOQ, and construction drawings.
- Experience in contractor management, site supervision, material planning, and progress reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in petrol pump construction projects for oil marketing companies such as IOCL, BPCL, or HPCL will be preferred.
