role & responsibility:-

- Supervise and monitor PEB steel structure erection and installation activities at the project site.

- Ensure proper installation of columns, rafters, beams, purlins, girts, and bracing systems.

- Supervise roofing sheet, wall cladding, flashing, and gutter installation.

- Read and interpret PEB structural drawings, erection drawings, and shop drawings.

- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, bolting, and installation of structural members.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and site workers.

- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

- Follow site safety procedures,



including working at heights, lifting operations, and use of PPE.

- Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.

- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in PEB site execution and steel structure erection.

- Experience in roofing, cladding, structural steel installation, and industrial building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
