Role: Showroom Manager – Jewellery

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise sales staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Achieve sales targets and drive showroom revenue growth.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor jewellery stock, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery items.
- Manage billing, payments, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Implement promotional activities and showroom sales strategies.




- Prepare daily sales reports and inventory updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with showroom policies and security procedures.

Required Skills:
- Experience in jewellery retail or showroom management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Robust attention to detail, integrity, and time management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
