Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product features, pricing, quality, and other relevant details.

- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

- Assist customers throughout the sales process.

- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.

- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

- Support the team in achieving sales targets.

- Maintain customer records and coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

- Basic sales knowledge and a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

- Experience in jewellery, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
