Role & responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, staff deployment, billing accuracy, and smooth handovers.
- Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, and encourage suggestive selling to meet shift targets.
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and motivate Operation/Service Representatives (OSRs) to maintain discipline and service speed.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, track wastage, follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles, and report discrepancies.
- Hygiene & Safety: Enforce strict personal grooming, food safety, and FSSAI standards.
Preferred candidate profile Preferably -Graduation
