India Nippon Electricals is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of plant equipment and systems during the assigned shift.

The Shift Maintenance

Engineer will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity. The role requires close collaboration with production teams to facilitate smooth operations and uphold safety standards.

Role and Responsibilities

- Ownership for Breakdown, Routine and Preventive Maintenance
- Drive for Department KPIs.
- Reduction of process scraps due to machines.
- SMT machine maintenance
- PLC Programming & Trouble shooting knowledge
- Critical Spares Management
- Preparing breakdown analysis to reduce the MTTR and improve the MTBF.
- Breakdown analysis and take permanent corrective action
- Planning for preventive maintenance and excicution
- Documentation of IATF 16949, EMS, TPM activities.
- Responsible for 100% availability of Machineries for Production.
