Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift.

- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.

- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling and task allocation.

- Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage and daily operational requirements.

- Handle billing, POS operations, cash management and shift closing reports.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 24 years of experience in restaurant operations,



preferably in casual dining, QSR or a branded restaurant.

- Experience supervising a team and managing restaurant shifts independently.

- Valuable communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management and restaurant SOPs.

- Candidates from pizzerias, cafs, casual dining restaurants and established QSR chains are welcome.

- Bar or liquor-handling experience is not mandatory.

Compensation

Budget: 25,000–27,000 per month + SERVICE CHARGE, depending on experience and suitability.
