SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant (Junior Role)

We are looking for a junior-level professional with 2–4 years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to support business teams in content management, workflow automation, and documentation. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders and supporting client interactions, while collaborating with senior team members for overall solution delivery.

Core Skills required from the role:

· Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Hub site,

associate sites, including document libraries, lists, content management, Web

Parts, Permission etc.

· Working knowledge of Power Apps for building forms and business applications.

· Hands-on experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automating routine.

· Ability to Create, format, and refine technical document and user guide documents.

· Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement easy solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.

· Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams,



OneDrive, Outlook integration).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Skills required from the role:

· Exposure to Dataverse and basic Power Platform integrations is a plus.

· Understanding of workflow automation and process improvement concepts.

· Presentable and confident personality to support client-facing interactions.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while aligning with team guidance.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

Role Context:

· This is an execution-focused role with limited involvement in backend architecture.

· The candidate will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholder interactions,

working in close coordination with senior team members who oversee solution strategy, governance, and complex implementations.

· Suitable for candidates with 2–4 years’ experience in SharePoint and Power Platform-based support roles.
