Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift Lead (ISBL) to manage critical infrastructure operations and maintenance at a 30 MW AI Factory/Data Centre. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operations, equipment reliability, safety compliance, incident management, and shift team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead shift engineers, technicians, and on-site vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor BMS, EPMS, and DCIM alarms and respond promptly to operational issues.
- Supervise operations and maintenance of UPS, batteries, PDUs, DG systems, CRAH/CRAC, chilled water systems, and electrical infrastructure.
- Monitor CDU systems, liquid cooling loops, temperature, pressure, and leak detection where applicable.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring SOP/MOP compliance.
- Handle critical incidents, emergency procedures, escalation,



and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure proper shift handovers, logbooks, CMMS updates, and maintenance records.
- Enforce electrical safety, permit-to-work, LOTO, PPE, and fire safety procedures.
- Coordinate with IT/AI infrastructure teams and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including 4 years in mission-critical data centre operations.
- At least 2 years of shift leadership or technician supervision experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of UPS, batteries, PDUs, precision cooling, chilled water, and DG systems.
- Experience with BMS/EPMS/DCIM and CMMS.
- Solid incident management, troubleshooting, team leadership, and documentation skills.
- Electrical supervisor licence and certifications such as CDCP, Uptime Institute AOS, NEBOSH, or IOSH are preferred.
