Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise solution design, guide delivery teams, and advise customers on platform strategy. The role combines architecture, hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and pre-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define solution designs, integration patterns, data models, and platform roadmaps.
- Lead discovery workshops and advise customers on platform capabilities and implementation priorities.
- Provide architecture expertise across relevant modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM/GRC.
- Architect enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Define CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance approaches.
- Guide developers and review designs to promote out-of-the-box functionality, minimize customization, and support future upgrades.
- Oversee security, technical quality, performance, and production readiness.




- Support proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, estimates, and Statements of Work.
- Mentor technical teams and establish reusable architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of IT or consulting experience, including 5+ years working with ServiceNow.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules and strong knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, security, and integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, scoped applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and access controls.
- Experience with implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technical governance.
- Strong customer-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualified experience
