Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management principles and best practices, service mapping, event management.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions on software design and implementation.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
