Role Description The Servicenow Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow modules to support business and IT service management processes. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing requirements, developing custom workflows, scripting, and integrations, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing existing ServiceNow implementations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and providing user training and support to ensure effective platform adoption.

This is an on-site role based in Kerala, India, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development, including scripting within ServiceNow and working with relevant frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Service Management, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules and related best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver ServiceNow implementations within scope and timelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, including connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems and using APIs or middleware tools.
- Candidates should possess skills working with Databases, including understanding data models, queries, and performance considerations.
- Experience with ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) is highly beneficial.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality in configuration and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a structured on-site environment in Kerala, India.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
