Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The candidate should have strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), platform administration, scripting, integrations, and automation to improve IT service delivery and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Script Includes.
- Configure Service Catalog, workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Manage platform upgrades, deployments, and update sets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.

Required Skills





- Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of ITSM modules and ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, lists, ACLs, and CMDB.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices.

Experience: 3–8 years (depending on role requirements). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
