Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Marketing Executive to promote service facilities, generate service business, retain existing customers, and increase workshop revenue. The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-ups, service campaigns, lead generation, and coordinating with the service team to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate service business through customer visits, telecalling, and field marketing activities.
- Promote periodic maintenance, repair services, vehicle health checks, and other workshop services.
- Follow up with existing customers for scheduled servicing and vehicle maintenance.
- Identify potential customers and fleet operators to generate new service business.
- Conduct service marketing campaigns, customer awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Maintain customer databases and update service leads, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Managers to ensure timely customer support.
- Promote customer retention and encourage repeat visits to the service centre.
- Collect customer feedback and address concerns in coordination with the service team.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase service revenue.
- Achieve monthly targets for service business generation, customer visits, and lead conversion.
- Prepare daily and monthly marketing activity reports for management.





Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing or Automobile Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in service marketing, automobile sales, customer relationship management, or field marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and after-sales service operations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and marketing skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field marketing activities.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Experience

1–3 years preferred in automobile service marketing, field sales, or customer relationship management.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in commercial vehicle dealerships, fleet customer handling, service business development, and after-sales marketing are preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
