Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Royal Enfield dealership's service operations at Karaikudi. The candidate will be responsible for workshop performance, customer satisfaction, service revenue, team productivity, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily workshop and service operations.

- Achieve service revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency, and vehicle delivery timelines.

- Ensure quality repairs and minimize repeat complaints.

- Handle customer grievances and escalations effectively.

- Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure timely parts availability.

- Monitor service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff performance.

- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield service standards, SOPs,



and safety procedures.

- Drive repeat service business, customer retention, and service campaigns.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in automobile service operations.

- Royal Enfield or other two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.

- Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

- Proven ability to manage workshop teams and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
