Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bike service workshop.

- Supervise service advisors, technicians, washing staff, and other service personnel.

- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery to customers.

- Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, spare parts consumption, and service revenue.

- Achieve monthly service targets and improve workshop profitability.

- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues.

- Ensure proper vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair quality, and final quality checks.

- Monitor service schedules, job cards, pending vehicles, and vehicle delivery commitments.

- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and periodic maintenance.

- Implement customer follow-up, service reminders, and customer feedback activities.





- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.

- Monitor technician performance, allocate jobs, and improve labour efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards, warranty procedures, and dealership policies.

- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and discipline.

- Automobile Experience Must, 5 to 10 in service industry , Two wheeler dealership preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
