Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Ringas.

The Service

Engineer will install, configure, and commission medical diagnostic X-ray equipment and related accessories at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves providing technical support to users, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and escalations.

Engineer will also communicate with customers to explain work performed, offer basic user guidance, and maintain strong qualified relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for medical diagnostic equipment.
- Candidates should possess field service and on-site maintenance skills, including customer visits and equipment installation.
- Candidates should possess maintenance & repair capabilities, with a focus on ensuring reliable and safe equipment performance.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of medical imaging or radiology equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, and to keep accurate service records.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed and to work in clinical environments while following safety protocols.
