We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who has positive technical knowledge of laptops/desktops and is comfortable with customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

*Troubleshooting and servicing of laptops/desktops Good knowledge of laptop hardware and desktop systems Understanding and resolving technical issues.

*Conducting product demos / Pre-Sales activities Preparing and understanding quotations Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable solutions Coordinating with customers for technical support

? Requirements:1–2 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of laptops, desktops and hardware troubleshooting Good communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to support Service + Pre-Sales activities Candidates with experience in rugged laptops/IT hardware will be preferred?
