Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Server role based in Mumbai. The Server will welcome guests, present menu items, and provide recommendations that reflect Vanilla Miel’s luxury positioning. Daily responsibilities include taking and accurately entering orders, coordinating with the kitchen and packaging teams, serving desserts and beverages, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well set.

The role also involves managing billing, handling payments, responding to guest queries, and supporting dessert event setups as needed. Servers are expected to maintain high standards of hospitality,



follow hygiene and safety protocols, and contribute to a smooth and courteous guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests.
- Ability to manage orders, billing, and basic point-of-sale operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices in a dessert or food service setting.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi) is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Mumbai, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as required.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, or catering setup is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or boxes safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B; training is an added benefit.
