Manage ITIL v4 processes, service transition, AMC, SLA, tickets, incidents, RCA, and CSI. Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers. Monitor MTTR, escalations, preventive maintenance, ITSM tools, documentation, and service MIS.
Required Candidate profile
3–4 years in ITSM/Service Delivery with ITIL v4, SLA, Incident, Problem & Change Management. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITSM tools, customer coordination. ITIL certification preferred.
