About the Role:

We are looking for a Wedding Planner with robust sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle wedding inquiries, convert leads into bookings, understand client requirements, and coordinate the planning and execution of weddings and events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Handle leads and inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements, wedding preferences, and budgets.
- Conduct client meetings and venue visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized wedding packages.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate packages and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client payments.

Wedding Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with clients from initial booking until the completion of the event.
- Plan timelines, schedules, and event requirements.
- Coordinate with decorators, photographers, caterers, makeup artists, DJs, entertainers,



and other vendors.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to the execution team.
- Assist with wedding-day coordination and on-site event management.
- Handle last-minute client requirements and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for clients.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wedding planning, events, hospitality, luxury services, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Knowledge of the local wedding/event market is an advantage.
