We are looking for a Senior Workday Functional Testing Lead with 10+ years of software testing experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday testing experience.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday functional testing.
- Experience in test planning, test strategy, test cases, and execution.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong knowledge of defect management and the complete testing lifecycle.
- Experience testing Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Perks, Recruiting, or Financials.
- Ability to lead testing activities, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Exposure to Workday integrations, reports, security, or data conversion testing is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
