The role
Develop creative concepts and visual direction that connect brand positioning with the communication objective, and review execution for consistency with the campaign idea.
Responsibilities
- Translate audience, brand and campaign objectives into distinctive visual concepts.
- Develop key visuals and explain the reasoning behind creative routes.
- Review adaptations and production work for visual craft and fidelity to the approved idea.
- Work with copy and delivery teams to resolve feedback and maintain quality across formats.

- A portfolio demonstrating concept ownership as well as finished execution.
- Solid visual judgement, typography, composition and ability to give specific creative feedback.
- Ability to explain choices and carry an approved idea consistently into different formats.
