Job Role - Senior Voice / Collaboration Engineer | Cisco Collaboration

Client-Facing Role: Yes – Client Calls & Stakeholder Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Build and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, voice gateways, device pools, partitions, CSS, route patterns, and dial plans .
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Cisco CUBE, dial peers, codecs, DTMF, RTP/SRTP, TLS, and carrier connectivity .
- Manage PSTN services, DID allocation, number porting, toll-free numbers, and inbound/outbound call routing .
- Migrate Cisco IP phones, softphones, conference devices, voicemail, auto attendants, hunt groups, and analog endpoints.
- Support Five9/contact-center integration and validate call flows.
- Troubleshoot voice VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NTP, QoS, and gateway connectivity .
- Execute site-by-site cutovers, rollback procedures, voice testing, hypercare, and operational handover.





Mandatory Technical Skills

- Cisco CUCM – Publisher/Subscriber Administration
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco CUBE, SIP Trunks & Voice Gateways
- PSTN Integration, DID Migration & Number Porting
- Enterprise Site Voice Migration & Cutover Execution
- Cisco IP Phones, Dial Plans & Call Routing
- Carrier Coordination & Voice Troubleshooting
- Client-Facing Communication & Stakeholder Management

Mandatory Certification Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core (350-801 CLCOR), CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration.

Preferred: CLACC, CLHCT, and prior enterprise voice migration experience.
