About the Role:

We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who's already worked a US healthcare desk and knows how to move candidates through a real recruiting process — sourcing, screening, and submitting against real deadlines. You'll take on assigned requirements as part of the wider recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT staffing requirements, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and placement.
- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, internal databases, and referrals.
- Review job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical suitability, communication skills, work authorization, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients for candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment reports,



and talent pipelines while achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and technical hiring processes.
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and QA Engineers.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, and other candidate-sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, OPT, and CPT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, candidate engagement, and follow-up skills, with flexibility to work in US-aligned shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with prior experience in a US IT staffing company or recruitment consultancy.
- Professionals with a proven track record of quality submissions, interview coordination, and successful placements.
- Candidates with experience hiring for niche technical roles and specialized IT skill sets.
- Strong understanding of US time zones, client expectations, and IT hiring market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented individuals capable of managing multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
