We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, consistent, and user-centric web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, maintaining consistency in layouts, typography, colors, spacing, and components.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI kits, and design guidelines.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation.
- Design complex dashboards, admin panels, data tables, forms, reports, settings pages, and multi-step workflows.
- Ensure responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve UI/UX-related issues.




- Review implemented screens and provide feedback to maintain design quality.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing product experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and complex workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual consistency.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and development teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects is mandatory.

- Experience designing AI-powered products or healthcare, HRMS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and user research methodologies.
