Key Responsibilities

- Conduct credit assessments and support monitoring of customer and counterparty credit risk.

- Support preparation of credit risk reports and decision-making templates on case-by-case basis.

- Manage bank guarantees and related banking instruments throughout their lifecycle.

- Support trade finance activities, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections both in Germany and Internationally.

- Coordinate with banks, internal finance teams, and external parties on treasury-related matters.

- Manage and support global cash management and liquidity planning activities.

- Contribute to treasury digitalization and automation projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, Trade Finance, or Corporate Finance.

- Strong understanding of credit risk management, credit insurance and treasury operations.

- Experience with bank guarantees, letters of credit, and document collection and review in European banking context.

- Knowledge of international treasury practices, banking structures, and financial risk management.

- Advanced MS Excel skills, SAP and solid analytical capabilities.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools and automation tools.

- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage.

Language Requirements





- Fluent English, written and spoken.

- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory.
