Job Title: Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ Years (US Staffing Recruitment preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and managing hiring requirements for US-based clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients.
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical and non-technical requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview schedules, and offer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles to clients.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.




- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in US staffing recruitment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Robust candidate relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
- Experience with ATS or recruitment tools such as JobDiva is an advantage.
