Role Description

Nexen Consulting is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused US Tax Documents Associate to join our team. The role involves communicating with US clients, explaining our tax filing services, and collecting the necessary documents required for US tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to US clients to introduce and explain Nexen Consulting’s tax filing services.
- Build client trust and maintain professional relationships through effective communication.
- Collect required tax documents, including W-2s, 1099s, prior-year tax returns, and other supporting documents.
- Explain document requirements and guide clients through the submission process.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, pending information, and clarifications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, document collection status, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal tax teams to ensure documents are complete and ready for further processing.
- Achieve assigned calling targets, document collection goals, and follow-up targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum one US tax season or one year of relevant work experience in US tax documentation, tax-related client coordination, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Robust verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in communicating with US clients.
- Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of US taxation and tax documents is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
