Strong understanding of requirements flow-down, interface control, system budgets and verification. Should have taken at least one satellite or payload from concept to flight in a systems role and be able to set up the systems engineering process and mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Satellite and payload system design, integration and testing – all the way from concept and ground testing to qualification and flight. This role will set the engineering standard for these programmes, take them from ground testing to flight, and help build the team around them.
