Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SQL Server & ETL Developer with robust expertise in advanced SQL development, data mapping, data transformation, and data quality management. The candidate must have excellent English verbal communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and ETL processes.
- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) solutions.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality across systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, mapping discrepancies, and ETL failures.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide project updates.
- Manage multiple development tasks independently while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Microsoft SQL Server: Strong expertise in T-SQL, complex stored procedures, functions,



joins, CTEs, and advanced SQL queries.
- Advanced SQL: Excellent query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
- ETL Development: Hands-on experience with data integration, transformation, and migration processes.
- Data Quality & Mapping: Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for direct client interaction.
- Client Collaboration: Experience working with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant SQL Server and ETL development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with complex SQL development and data quality processes.
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Must be available to work during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (EST/EDT).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred: Experience with SSIS, enterprise data migration, and large-scale data integration projects.
