1. Responsible for strategizing technical implementations and building domain-specific solutions.

5. Review Product Design, Code quality, Configuration and Guide team towards achieving Technical KPI

8. Act as enabler, facilitator, and coach.
9. Actively collaborate with Product Owner, Technical PDOs in market & Business teams for analysing solutions.
10. Staff the product teams and prepare them for the project Kick-off.
11. Work closely with Unit head and Evaluate recent product opportunities with stakeholders, discuss them within the Unit and Organisation.
12. Manage expectations and communicate clearly with all stakeholders and team members based on data and sound arguments.
13. Protect the organisation’s culture, values and mindset.





What should you bring along :

1. 13-16 years of experience as a SAP Consultant & Architect in IT Industry
2. Hands-on expertise in SAP technical modules including but not limited to PM, EAM, REFX, SD, FI, BW and ABAP programming.
3. Experience in Operations support / Application support function to resolve technical issues in Production environment
4. Expertise in leveraging technology for dashboard creation/development and reporting.
5. Expertise in Migration projects
6. Expertise in creating as well as in critically reviewing enterprise solution architecture.
7. Able to deep dive into technology solutions at all levels as necessary.
8. Expertise in disseminating technical knowledge to audience at various levels.
9. Ability to make complex things simpler.

Must have technical skill :

1. Expertise in SAP technical modules including but not limited to PM, EAM, REFX, SD, FI, BW and ABAP programming.
2. Proficient in the use of ITSM tools and processes, with a strong grasp of ITIL principles
3. Experience in managing Operations support for applications
4. Should have experience in handling multiple projects within the role.

Good to have Technical skills :

1. Operations Support Experience, ITIL Certification
