Senior Software Developer – US Healthcare

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in US Healthcare applications or products, preferably in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop healthcare modules for claims, billing, payments, denials, and accounts receivable (AR).
2. Implement complex healthcare business rules and workflows.
3. Ensure code quality, performance, data integrity, and system reliability.
4. Collaborate with Product and QA teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

1. 6+ years of software development experience.
2. Robust hands-on experience in .NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
3. Hands-on experience developing or maintaining US Healthcare applications or products.
4. Knowledge of healthcare claims, billing, CPT/ICD codes, ERAs/EOBs, and payer workflows.

Familiarity with healthcare EDI formats (837, 835, 999, 277).

Good to Have

- US Healthcare RCM, PMS/EHR platforms, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and healthcare compliance.
