- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Manage labour, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.

- Monitor structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

- Verify quantities,



measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and material requirements.

- Control material wastage, construction costs, and rework.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.

- Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate with management for timely decisions.

- Supervise snag rectification and ensure quality completion of villa units.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
