Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support customer service, partner engagement, and business process automation. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant preferred.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud (Mandatory).




- Experience with OmniStudio including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Platform.
- Design and implement solutions within Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel.
- Build and support customer, partner, and employee portals using Experience Cloud.
- Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Design and implement integrations with external enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
