Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in fitness, luxury hospitality, or premium services.

Physique Ascension Club is looking for a confident, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in closing sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for driving membership sales, converting leads into paying members, managing client follow-ups, and contributing to the club's overall revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of gym memberships, personal training packages, and other club services.
- Handle incoming enquiries, walk-in prospects, and digital leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and billing details in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members.




- Handle client objections professionally and negotiate deals within approved pricing limits.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the sales team and help improve overall conversion rates.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, real estate, or premium customer-facing services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
