Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Research Analyst to conduct literature reviews, analyze research papers, identify research gaps, and prepare structured research documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of academic research methodologies, scientific literature, and technical documentation, along with the ability to analyze complex research topics and organize findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research Analysis and Literature Review

- Understand research topics, objectives, and problem statements across relevant academic and technical domains.
- Identify, collect, and review relevant research papers from academic databases, journals, and conference proceedings.
- Search and analyze publications available through Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Springer, and other relevant sources.
- Compare existing research methodologies, findings, limitations, and outcomes.
- Identify research gaps, limitations in existing studies, and potential areas for further investigation.

2. Research Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare structured literature review documents and research analysis reports.
- Organize research findings into relevant topics, categories, and subheadings.
- Summarize research methodologies, algorithms, experimental results, and conclusions accurately.
- Maintain proper references, citations, bibliographies, and source records.
- Ensure documentation is clear, logically structured,



and aligned with project requirements.

3. Research Quality and Technical Understanding

- Evaluate the relevance, reliability, and quality of academic publications.
- Compare research approaches and identify similarities and differences between existing studies.
- Support the identification of suitable methodologies, datasets, tools, and evaluation metrics where applicable.
- Check references, technical terminology, formatting, and consistency in research documents.
- Follow academic integrity standards and ensure appropriate attribution of sources.

4. Project Coordination and Knowledge Management

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand research requirements and project deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of research papers, findings, references, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple research assignments while meeting agreed timelines.
- Review completed reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Stay updated on relevant research trends, publications, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- M.E./M.Tech., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in a relevant technical or research-oriented discipline.
- B.E./B.Tech. graduates with strong academic research knowledge and relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong academic performance and a sound understanding of research methodology.
- Relevant experience in research analysis, literature review, or technical research documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and research interpretation skills.
- Experience reviewing academic journals, conference papers, and technical publications.
- Familiarity with Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, and other scholarly databases.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, citation practices,



and reference management.
- Good technical reading, comprehension, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with academic formatting.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize complex information.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a research-oriented organization or academic research environment.
- Experience preparing literature review matrices and comparative research reports.
- Familiarity with reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote.
- Exposure to technical research in areas such as Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting postgraduate or doctoral-level research projects.
