We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of the stock market, an established client base, and a proven track record in revenue generation.

### ? Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Manage and grow an existing client base while acquiring new clients.
- Possess robust knowledge of the stock market, equity trading, and investment products.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and business development goals.
- Promote and generate business through TPP (Third-Party Products).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing quality service.
- Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to increase client engagement and revenue.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned KRAs and monthly business targets.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and retention.

### ? Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in the stock broking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of stock market operations and investment products.
- An existing client base and the ability to generate business.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and cross-selling goals.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on business growth.
