We are looking for experienced Senior Recruiters for Deloittes Hyderabad location. Candidates should have strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in volume hiring and end-to-end recruitment operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent Communication: Minimum 4/5 communication rating.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong experience managing hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Volume Hiring: Hands-on experience handling high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Offer Negotiation: Experience negotiating offers with candidates and managing offer acceptance.
- Offer Release in ATS: Hands-on experience releasing offers through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience: 710 years of relevant recruitment experience.
