The role involves close coordination with site, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate cost management and effective material control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities
Cost estimation – Prepare accurate project cost estimates
BOQ preparation – Measure quantities and prepare BOQs
Billing & payments – Verify contractor bills and certifications
Rate analysis – Prepare and validate item-wise rates
- Material reconciliation – Track material consumption vs BOQ
