Role & responsibilities
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
- Developing and implementing all standers QA/QC processes such as creating quality control plans, inspection checklists, MIS, Material testing Lab, and other documentation needed to ensure consistent quality.
- Ongoing work inspections and tests, perform various tests and inspections of ongoing work & material, identify defects or deviations from standards & closure on such observations.
- Should have knowledge of all the construction standards & IS codes.
- Should coordinate with all the contractors & vendors for quality control of ongoing work.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.
- Prepare and present QAQC project reports such as MIS, prepare detailed reports on quality performance for management review.
