Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 5+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable Python applications, implementing machine learning algorithms, building predictive models, and integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems. The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and maintain intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Develop and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and prediction.




- Apply AI/ML algorithms to solve business problems and improve application performance.
- Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation.
- Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django to integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications.
- Develop model training, validation, testing, and inference pipelines.
- Optimize model performance using suitable evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Implement automated testing, logging, error handling, and debugging for Python applications.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and process application and model data.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Use Git and CI/CD pipelines to maintain source code and automate testing and deployment.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend suitable improvements.

Mandatory Technical Skills





- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience implementing machine learning algorithms and workflows.
- Experience with Scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience with model training, validation, evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Proficiency in SQL and database integration.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, and code review.
- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of MLflow, model versioning, experiment tracking, or comparable MLOps tools.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed computing, and big data technologies.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
