1. Candidate should be having experience in Industrial plant construction projects. Preferabley in expansion project.
2. Should be having in depth knowledge of MS office, Autocad etc
3. Should be able to handle the entire site independantly.
4. Should take care of day to day activities at site including 3 Ms i.e. (Men, Material and Machineries) complete the project within set timeline with quality work.
5. Should report to client on dailey / weekly / fortnightly basis.
6. Should be able to keep track of site activities and update the schedule accordingly.
7. Close co-ordination with all stake holders like Client, Architect, Designers, Consultants, Vendors ets for smooth going of the project.
8. Assist the client in complete procurement exercise and finalise the various contracts .
9. Review ,study and analyze the brief , designs, concept, estimates ,
BOQ for the tender documents submitted by the Architects / QS / Consultant and give their comments back to Client.
10. Keeping records of all drawings, their revisions, changes, modifications and alterations during the execution. Also keeping track of all compliances like BG tracker, Insurance tracker and other required documentation.
11. Attending all review meetings on design, work progress etc. Preparing MOM and circulate to all stake holders for their updates
12. Handling complete Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all equipments and handover to client and assist client in project closure
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
