We’re Hiring | Senior Project & Delivery Manager – Cloud, AI & Managed Services

Are you an experienced technology delivery leader who can drive complex projects, cloud transformation, AI-enabled operational improvements, and enterprise managed services?

At ESDS Software Solution Ltd., we are looking for a results-driven skilled who can lead delivery excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity implementations, and service onboarding.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid/multi-cloud, and data centre environments.
- Drive AI, GenAI, AIOps, and automation initiatives focused on productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Own service delivery governance, SLAs, KPIs, customer escalations, major incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customer IT leadership, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders.




- Oversee project budgets, delivery costs, resource utilization, profitability, margins, and commercial risks.
- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams while mentoring Project Managers and delivery leads.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–14 years of experience in IT services, project management, cloud delivery, infrastructure, or managed services.
- Proven ownership of complex projects, multiple workstreams, or enterprise customer engagements.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk mitigation, and escalation handling.
- Practical understanding of cloud transformation, infrastructure operations, ITSM, SLAs, and service transition.
- Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Experience with AI, GenAI, AIOps, automation, or cloud cost optimization will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, or relevant FinOps credentials.
