Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior Product

Manager will own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, requirements definition, roadmap planning, and feature delivery for core interactive audio experiences.

Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior and market trends, defining product strategy and success metrics, and converting insights into clear product requirements and user stories. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to prioritize initiatives, manage sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

The Senior Product

Manager will also lead experiments,



A/B tests, and iterations to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and platform reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, including user behavior analysis, metrics tracking, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, data, and marketing in a fast-paced workplace.
- Background in consumer internet products, social platforms, entertainment, or audio-based products is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead product role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
