Job Location:

Educational Qualification: Any Full Time UG/ PG with Good English Verbal/ Communication standards

Job Timings: U.S Shift (Need to be Flexible for Full Night Shift)

We are looking for candidates with experience in P&C; Insurance domain (Personal or Commercial [preferred]). You will be required to manage human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes and use documents (including loss run data) commonly found in the P&C; Insurance Lifecycle. You will maintain a high standard of performance, work independently and problem solve.

· Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned work





· Ability to support multiple clients

· Ability to provide a consistently elevated level of customer service

· Ability to meet productivity time standards, quality and related objectives and goals

· Ability to meet and sustain attendance and behavioural standards

· Ability to work in FULL Night Shift / overtime as required (including weekends) to support US clients

· Ability to problem solve and work with a cheerful outlook

Pay: ₹32,500.00 - ₹43,500.00 per month
