Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer specializing in Oracle HCM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, database performance tuning, and Oracle HCM data models.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining database programs, supporting HCM integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with data migration activities. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance PL/SQL programs, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Perform Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Support integrations with Oracle HCM applications and related enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related and HCM technical issues.
- Work with Oracle HCM data models and support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities.
- Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations, customizations, and enhancements.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop efficient database solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams,



and other stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Strong hands-on experience with stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Expertise in Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM data models and database structures.
- Experience supporting data migration and application integrations.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates experienced in database development, performance optimization, integrations, and data migration.
- Candidates who can independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
