Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior PMO Analyst for a strategic enterprise technology engagement with a leading global client.

We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in PMO Governance, Community Engagement, Workshop Facilitation, KPI Management, Stakeholder Coordination and Enterprise Transformation.

The role involves engaging communities of practice, facilitating workshops, monitoring performance indicators, coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting governance and operational improvement initiatives.

This is not merely a project tracking or reporting role. We are seeking a proactive professional who can drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate collaboration and translate performance insights into meaningful business actions.

Role Overview

As a Senior PMO Analyst – Community Engagement & Governance, you will support enterprise transformation and service management initiatives by coordinating stakeholder communities, facilitating workshops, managing performance reporting and ensuring effective governance.

You will work with distributed business and technology teams to manage use-case pipelines, track operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and facilitate timely decisions.

The role combines PMO Coordination, Community Engagement, KPI Analysis, Governance and Stakeholder Management.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Workshops

- Engage and coordinate communities of practice across business and technology teams.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, collaborative discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Prepare workshop agendas, presentations and supporting materials.
- Document outcomes, track agreed actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

PMO Governance & Use-Case Management





- Support project governance and coordination across enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Manage use-case intake, prioritization, tracking and status reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, action trackers, risk logs and governance records.
- Support contract and license tracking, access approvals and compliance-related processes.
- Identify project dependencies, operational barriers and outstanding decisions.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and escalations to support effective delivery.

KPI Management & Performance Analytics

- Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks covering KPIs, goals, user needs and expected benefits.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse performance data from multiple sources.
- Evaluate service and product performance against agreed objectives.
- Investigate performance gaps, challenge results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, analytical summaries and executive presentations.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and monitor corrective measures.

Stakeholder Coordination & Continuous Improvement

- Coordinate distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
- Maintain effective communication between business, technology and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions, manage conflicting priorities and support decision-making.
- Apply Agile ways of working and maintain collaboration records using Jira and Confluence.
- Identify opportunities to improve governance, operational efficiency and team collaboration.
- Support a culture of transparency, trust, compliance and innovation.

Must-Have Skills

PMO & Governance

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, service management or transformation environments.
- Strong project management, governance and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience managing project documentation, reporting, risks, issues and follow-up activities.
- Understanding of operational governance, compliance and access management processes.

Community Engagement & Performance Management

- Proven experience engaging communities of practice and facilitating workshops.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation and conflict-management capabilities.
- Experience developing, tracking and analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data,



challenge results and recommend improvement actions.
- Experience managing use-case intake, prioritization and progress tracking.

Tools & Technical Competencies

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and prepare structured reports.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

Professional Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
